The approach for this project
Our collaboration with Sportiek focused on creating a scalable winter campaign structure. By combining data, segmentation, and converting creatives, we ensured maximum occupancy throughout the season.
Website, market, and target audience analysis
We conducted analyses of target groups, competitors, and search behavior within the winter sports industry. This provided insights into price sensitivity, purchase moments, and promising segments such as students.
Campaign structure and funnel setup
We built a complete Meta funnel from acquisition to retargeting. We took into account last-minute bookers, early birds, and seasonal conversion moments.
Technical setup and tracking
We optimized tracking, events, and data feeds to measure performance accurately. A reliable technical foundation was essential to keep CPAs low.
Creative templates and A/B tests
We developed on-brand templates for scale and consistency. We then tested visuals, copy, ages, and placements to optimize specifically for the highest ROAS.
Optimization and dynamic ads
Website visitor behavior determined which ads they received. We continuously adjusted based on data and discovered, among other things, that student campaigns performed exceptionally well.
