Stockbuddy was still in the pre-product phase and was looking for investors to validate their AI-driven stock analysis software. Within three weeks, almost €150,000 was raised and we collected nearly 400 investor leads — with a test budget of just €14,000.

The approach for this project

Our collaboration with Stockbuddy revolved around building a complete validation and lead generation structure for a new AI fintech in the pre-product phase. With a very short turnaround time, we focused on strategy, technology, and conversion to quickly and efficiently reach investors.

Target audience and market analysis

We researched the investor market, target audience behavior, and competition within fintech and AI. This gave us insight into which profiles were most promising and how we could optimally fill the webinar.

Campaign structure and funnel setup

We developed a funnel using both Meta and LinkedIn Ads. People could sign up via a Facebook form or a landing page, allowing us to achieve both broad and high-quality inflow.

Technical setup and tracking

Since Stockbuddy was starting from scratch, we set up everything: ad accounts, tracking, Pixel, CAPI, Klaviyo, and all connections. This allowed us to reliably collect data and optimize during the campaign.

Creative A/B tests and messaging

We tested multiple angles, visuals, and tones of voice. This way, we discovered which messages resonated with investors and which formats yielded the lowest cost per lead.

Optimization and channel shifting

Based on real-time data, we completely shifted from LinkedIn to Meta Ads. The dashboard provided insight into performance per target group, allowing us to quickly optimize towards the highest return.
